SHIPPING

This Shipping & Returns Policy is part of our Terms of Sale (“Terms”)
and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: Terms & Conditions.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Return Policy when purchasing our products.
This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Shipping Fees
Rates and timelines are based on carrier provided quotes at the time of purchase from providers including USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Delivery Timelines
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Expected Shipping Time = 1-3 days, plus carrier delivery estimate selected at checkout (typically 2-4 days).

 

Product Quality
Unless otherwise specified, all products are shipped in new condition.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping. Please inquire with us if this is of interest.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days from the time of purchase.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (receipt) and the purchase must have been made through www.earthcarelabs.com or directly from Earthcare Labs LLC.
We do not accept returns that were purchased through third parties.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Processing

We will respond to return requests within 24 hours and related return processing will take 1-3 days, not including shipment times which may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refunds for On-Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges & Gift Returns

We do not support exchanges or gift returns.


Return Shipping

To return your product, contact us for an return authorization (RMA) number.

You can then mail your product to:

We are  not responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Shipping Damage

All shipments are FOB Origin from our warehouse.
If your product arrived damaged due to shipping, do not accept it, report it to the shipping company and file a claim.
